A creative and community-focused secondary school in Much Wenlock is seeking a Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026. Drama plays an important role in the school’s creative curriculum, with strong student engagement and regular opportunities for performance-based learning. The department is supportive, collaborative and experienced in mentoring ECTs.
