Job Title: Payroll Director
A rapidly growing Payroll and HR software business is seeking to appoint a Payroll Director to lead their payroll bureau operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the delivery of the payroll bureau function, ensuring compliance and adherence to SLAs.
2. Stay updated on payroll legislation changes and assess their impact.
3. Manage the implementation of payroll services for new clients.
4. Provide support to the entire client base with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
5. Collaborate with the wider business to maintain compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
6. Manage the payroll team, with support from the Payroll Manager.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company during a period of growth, with a varied and engaging workload.
This is primarily a remote role; however, the Payroll Director will be required to travel to client sites and attend regular meetings at the company headquarters in London.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous senior management experience in payroll is essential.
* Experience from a client or bureau payroll background is preferred.
