Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Flight Training Systems Integrator to join the BGS team and to be based in Munich - Germany, Madrid - Spain, Copenhagen - Denmark, Amsterdam - Netherlands, Rome - Italy or Crawley - United Kingdom. In this role, the focus will be on overseeing the review and evaluation of customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. The selected candidate will oversee activities for the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.
They will also develop training concepts, techniques, and processes. This position will also use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. In this role, you will gather and analyze data to support complete proposal development activities, as well as ensuring accuracy and quality of training products. The Senior Technical Training Specialist presents proposals to customer and participates in defining contract statement of work. This position consults with and coaches’ others regarding final product quality.

1. Candidate must have ability to travel both domestically and internationally 50% – with short notice and for extended periods, anywhere in the world and for potentially extended periods of time(Must obtain and possess current passport).

Position Responsibilities:
6. Analyzing flight data
7. Analyzing and designing pilot training
8. Make recommendations for targeted training
9. Coordinate with teams to define requirements for flight training courseware
10. Collaborating with Airline customers on flight data analytics and related training
11. Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities and Industry Groups
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
12. 5+ years of experience in Global Flight Operations as a Pilot flying Boeing Airplanes
13. 5+ years of experience as a safety professional supporting military or commercial aviation operations.
14. 5+ years of experience conducting aerospace auditing or operational data analysis
15. Previously type rated on a wide-body, Boeing commercial transport aircraft
16. Fluent English in writing and speaking
17. Existing rights to work in Germany, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy or United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
18. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
19. Experience with flight training courseware development
20. Experience with flight operations analysis
21. Experience being a quality leader
22. Experience being a safety leader
23. Experience in being a crew resource management instructor
24. Experience with Competency Based Training and Assessment
25. Experience in being a pilot mentor, instructor mentor or standards captain
26. Experience with Instructional Design methodologies
27. Experience working with National Aviation Authority/Regulator
