Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail focused project support officer to assist in the planning, co-ordination and execution of projects across the organization. You will play a key role in supporting the project manager with creating quotations for all the company’s supply projects. This will be completed in a timely manner with efficient communication.
Responsibilities
• Using QuoteWerks, prepare RIBA Stage 4 Quotations for supply-based projects using Foundry Design Team documentation (luminaire schedule, switching schedules and excel pivot tables), including confirming costs with our suppliers.
• Managing and uploading quotes into Wrike for QA and issuing them for approval to the client.
• Between you and the Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing QA checks, on each other’s quotations
• You will manage goods into the warehouse, ensuring products are labelled and stored correctly, and follow up with suppliers when there are delivery shortages or errors.
• You will oversee the preparation of dispatching goods and organise third party couriers.
• You will help build on current supplier relationships.
• You will help with any additional admin tasks that are required of you
• This role will also include stepping up to cover annual leave for the Project Manager, when required. You will also be a keyholder for our Dartford warehouse, which at times will require lone working.
