Salary: £30,000–£34,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm. 8am - 4pm on Fridays.
Holiday: 28 Days Inc bank holidays Per Annum

All designing, printing, manufacturing, and fabrication are carried out in‑house, giving our clients a seamless and professional experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Signage & Vehicle Graphic Designer/ Fitter to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
* Designing creative visual content for a wide range of signage projects
* Producing artwork and layouts for vehicle graphics, vinyl wraps and exterior/interior signage
* Hands‑on work across the production process: printing, laminating, vinyl cutting, fabrication, finishing
* Collaborating with the team to understand client briefs and deliver high‑quality finished products
* Contributing to production tasks and ensuring smooth workflow from design → manufacture → install
Key Responsibilities
* Create accurate artwork for print and production
* Prepare files for large format print, CNC routing, and vinyl plotting
* Assist with graphic application and onsite installations
* Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
* Manage multiple projects within deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, on Mac & PC
* Flexi Design Signage software experience (Preferred)
* Strong logo design, branding, and visual identity skills
* Solid understanding of signage production, vinyl application, and installation techniques
* Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters
* Math's and English Competent
* Full Clean UK Drivers License
* IPAF/PASMA Certificates (Advantage)
· Excellent attention to detail and a creative, problem‑solving mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
