Overview
Job Summary: This is a Senior Associate position operating within the People Operations area of the wider People Pillar.
As part of Reward, Recognition and Benefits, this role supports the delivery and ongoing management of the firm's reward programmes, employee recognition initiatives, and benefits offerings. The role has oversight of the local employee recognition programme and is responsible for the day-to-day handling of the recognition system, including coordination with Payroll and other relevant teams.
The role also supports the Remuneration Sub Committee, including communications and preparation of related materials. Close collaboration with broader Human Capital (HC) teams, such as Business Partners, Systems, Policy, and Talent Acquisition, is essential to enable effective execution of reward strategies aligned with business and People Strategy.
