An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Nursery Manager to lead our well-established Headingley Nursery on a maternity cover basis (minimum one year). With an immediate start available, we are seeking a confident leader who can hit the ground running and continue driving excellence.

The Role
* Full-time – 38 hours per week
* Salary up to £31,701 per annum (depending on experience)
* Minimum 1-year maternity cover contract
As Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
* Ensure exceptional standards of EYFS implementation, safeguarding and Ofsted compliance
* Maintain strong occupancy and parent partnerships
* Drive quality improvement and continuous development
* Oversee the day-to-day operational and educational leadership of the nursery

You will:
* Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
* Have proven experience as a Nursery Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up
* Demonstrate strong leadership and team development skills
* Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
* Be organised, commercially aware and solution-focused
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional early years education
