Project Coordinator / Administrator – Water & Utilities
We are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator/Administrator to support the delivery of water, wastewater, and utilities projects. In this role, you’ll assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, and day-to-day project operations to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities, meetings, and progress tracking
* Maintain project documents, reports, permits, and correspondence
* Support procurement, invoicing, and budget administration
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in project coordination or administration (utilities, construction or engineering preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident with MS Office and project documentation systems
* Detail-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
