ER Specialist (You must have extensive employee relations experience)
Location: Luton
Type: Hybrid, Salary: 40K
Our client, a global Managed Services and Specialist Staffing provider, is looking for an ER Partner to join their growing team. The role involves providing customer-focused, responsive, accurate, and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers, employees, and flexible workers in line with company policies, internal procedures, and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities
Advice and Guidance:
* Inform and advise managers on Employee Relations matters, ensuring understanding of legal and company policies.
* Manage cases related to disciplinaries, performance, grievances, absence, TUPE, redundancy, and ACAS.
* Develop relationships to promote good employee relations.
* Support and advise on client calls and HR queries.
* Keep policies and guidelines up to date.
* Liaise with payroll and HR admin teams as needed.
Case Management:
* Manage Employee Relations cases, ensuring timely responses.
* Draft and review relevant documentation.
* Support ACAS early conciliation cases and occupational health referrals.
Technology and HR Systems:
* Maintain accurate data on HR systems.
* Generate reports and ensure case records are up to date.
Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with managers and HR colleagues.
Change Management:
* Support organizational change activities and advise managers.
Projects:
* Collaborate with the People team to meet objectives.
Experience and Skills:
* HR advisory background with strong Employee Relations focus.
* Experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to finish.
* Solid knowledge of employment law and GDPR.
* Proficiency with HR systems.
* Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Experience in corporate or professional services sectors.
* Knowledge of TUPE and redundancy processes.
