A growing, multi-site hospitality business is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training and development initiatives across a diverse portfolio of pubs and inns. What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and delivering high-impact training and development programmes
* Leading coaching sessions and supporting leadership capability across sites
* Managing learning systems and creating accessible, engaging learning content
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and apprenticeship pathways
* Conducting training needs analysis to drive performance and engagement
* Championing a people-first approach across the business
What We’re Looking For
* Solid background in L&D, ideally within hospitality, retail or a fast-paced service sector
* Confident communicator and coach with the ability to inspire others
* Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
* Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a people-focused environment
