We are looking for an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) residential home, caring for up to five young people aged 10-18. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference every day!

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and manage the children's home ensuring the highest standards of care 🧸
* Support the physical, emotional, developmental, and social needs of young people 🧠💞
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards 2015, and the Statement of Purpose 📋
* Work collaboratively with Derby City Council and external professionals 🤝
* Manage challenging behaviours with compassion and expertise ⚖️
What we're looking for:
* ✅ Proven experience as a Registered Homes Manager or Deputy Manager
* ✅ NVQ Level 3 in Children's & Young People's Workforce or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
* ✅ Minimum 3 years' relevant residential care experience 🏥
* ✅ Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, health & safety legislation, and safeguarding 🛡️
* ✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 🗣️✍️
* ✅ Full UK manual driving licence 🚗
* ✅ Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 operation 🕑
