We are looking for full time or flexible workers for supply work in the Secondary Sector who are looking to develop their experience in the field and are hiring immediately.
Responsibilities:
* Support with delivering lessons and managing student behaviour.
* Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and address concerns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
* Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
