About the Role
To help those we care for live the most rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lifestyle possible, while meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body, and Soul.
Assist in planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate in a wide range of activities. Part of our group-wide "More..." Programme, the focus is on meeting resident interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
About You
We offer full training, so we welcome candidates from all backgrounds. It’s important that you are organized, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, possibly towards becoming a Nurse Associate. Shifts will be scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
Knowledge and Experience
* An understanding of how social interaction impacts overall wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
* Capability to develop strong community links and deliver successful events.
* Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
* Ability to help implement new concepts and ideas consistently.
* Potential to develop through attaining Lifestyle/Activities training and qualifications.
