Key Responsibilities:
* Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and convert theminto loyal customers, promoting the service. Cross-selling and upsellingopportunities will also be part of your role
* Sales Presentations and Pricing: Price up and deliver compelling andpersuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing thevalue and benefits of the company’s products/services
* Small Account Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationshipswith small accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectationsexceeded
* Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to closedeals that are mutually beneficial
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,and market opportunities to guide sales strategies in the context ofinbound leads and small accounts
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
* Targets Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed salestargets and quotas within the scope of inbound leads and small accounts,contributing to the company's growth
* Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries,resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Experience and Skills Requirements
* 2years + experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
* Trackrecord of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
* Strongnegotiation and persuasion abilities
* Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivatedwith a results-oriented mindset
* Proficiencyin sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
