Responsibilities
* Take a lead role within the Private Client team, managing and developing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, landed estates, and trusts.
* Provide advanced technical advice across personal tax planning, including succession planning, estate structuring, and complex advisory matters.
* Build and grow your own client base through proactive business development, networking within the local market, and cultivating long-term relationships.
* Work collaboratively with fellow Partners to enhance the firm's Private Client capabilities and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.
* Support and mentor junior team members, driving development and maintaining high standards of technical excellence and client service.
* Play a key role in shaping and evolving the Private Client offering, identifying opportunities for growth across the regional market.
Qualifications and Experience
* ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with extensive experience in Private Client Tax within a UK professional services environment.
* Currently operating at Director or Partner level, with a strong track record in personal tax advisory.
* Strong technical expertise across private client matters, including complex tax planning, trusts, and estate advisory.
* Commercially minded, with proven ability to generate business and develop long-term client relationships.
* Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience working within or alongside a Partner group.
