Job title: Damp and mould operative Salary: £36,000 - £38, 000 + van and fuel card Location: Covering East London About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive damp and mould operative to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties. Working across Maida Vale, you will play a key role in improving residents' homes by addressing damp and mould issues and carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with tenants to explain works and minimise disruption.
