Technician required in Eastbourne, East Sussex!

* Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 - NO WEEKENDS
Our client is an independent garage with an excellent reputation in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. They are currently seeking a senior vehicle technician to assist with the increased workload at the site and to support the development of junior technicians.
They are looking for candidates with a ‘can do attitude’ and a strong understanding of delivering high-quality service. The workshop is high-tech, clean, and well-organized.
The ideal candidate will have skills in vehicle repair and maintenance, diagnostics, and electronics. The role requires working to high standards under pressure in a busy motor trade environment.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
* Carrying out vehicle services and repairs according to brand standards
* Following company processes
* Liaising with customers as appropriate
* Supporting less experienced colleagues
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What our Client expects from their Vehicle Technicians:
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
* MOT Testing license (preferred but not essential)
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines
