We are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Commercial Gas Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Commercial Gas Engineer, will be responsible for:
* In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' buildings and estates remain open, safe, fit, and compliant by performing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
* You'll provide a proactive maintenance service.
* Meeting Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, while offering timely feedback to onsite contacts and colleagues.
* Your duties will include liaising with contractors and external suppliers.
* Ensuring safety on site, reporting deficiencies.
* Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
* Utilise digital platforms for reporting, quoting, and condition appraisal, maintaining the highest standards in client-facing interactions and presentation.
To be successful for this Commercial Gas Engineer role you must have:
* Qualifications: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, and appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role.
* Skills: Strong understanding of statutory compliance in building services engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: IT literate, with experience using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, TEAMS).
* Driving License: Full, clean driving license.
