About the role:
Part-time role, Monday to Friday, working alongside our experience planning and administration team. We offer flexible working arrangements. The hours of work for this role are between 25-30 hours per week, and we are happy to discuss hours to suit individual circumstances.
Duties will include:
1. Liaise between drivers either on the phone or at the workshop reception
2. Liaise with other workshop members including managers, mechanics and stores personnel
3. Book in vehicles and input job cards into the Accelerator system
4. General clerical duties to include filing / photocopying / stationary audits / first aid audits etc.
5. Invoice reconciliation; price checks, parts, jobs completed
6. Administration of inspection paperwork for trailers, units and small plant
The successful candidate should have:
7. Previous experience within an administrative role (desirable, full training will be provided)
8. Excellent telephone manner
9. Good written and verbal communication skills, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
10. Organisational skills with the ability to work within a time sensitive environment
11. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
