The Vacancy Support Worker - Huntingdon Location: Huntingdon Pay: £12.40 per hour 10% weekend enhancement Sleep-in rate: £50 per night (x2/month for full-time staff) Hours: Full-time and part-time available Requirement: Manual driving licence essential Contract Type: Permanent Are you looking for a rewarding and meaningful career where you can make a genuine difference every day? About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a person-centred team that empowers individuals to live the lives they choose. No two days are the same-your work will be varied, fulfilling, and fun. You'll support individuals with: Personal care, daily routines, and independent living skills Taking part in activities they enjoy-such as cooking, music, art, walking, or going to the cinema Achieving goals that are meaningful to them-big or small Building confidence and maintaining strong links in the local community This is a hands-on role where compassion, patience and a sense of humour go a long way.
