Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, who will oversee a portfolio of clients, making key decisions and monitoring their performance while delivering personalised service.
Key Responsibilities for a Relationship Manager:
* Responsible for posting the transactions on their client’s ledger for example, cash receipts, schedules and payments.
* Perform credit checks.
* Ensuring the debt purchased is recoverable, chase anything outstanding.
* Maintain relationships with clients and understand their clients business.
* Ensuring invoices and supporting documents are legitimate and the verification is completed.
Key Skills for a Relationship Manager:
* An understanding of the factoring industry.
* Positive can do attitude.
