OUR CLIENT:
This is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing beauty brands in Europe. In just four years, they have achieved over $100M in revenue and have secured listings in major retailers, including Boots, Space NK, Amazon, and Sephora across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, as well as Target in the USA. When they launched in the US, it was the biggest Target launch in recent years.
This brand has taken the beauty world by storm, dominating social media and becoming a TikTok sensation. Their ethos revolves around inspiring change in the category, promoting the importance of skin barrier health, and ensuring their products remain accessible to the mass market. Balancing fun and excitement with deep research and innovation, they are on a mission to become the leading brand in their category within the next five years, and a global leader within the next decade.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of one of the most critical accounts in the business - Sephora. This role will provide exceptional exposure internally, including direct interaction with the CEO, and will require travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Sephora account.
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive sales, marketing activation, and NPD launches.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Sephora to ensure best-in-class execution.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies and deliver results.
* Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement commercial initiatives to maximise brand impact.
* Travel across Europe to engage with partners, understand market dynamics, and strengthen partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working with Sephora is essential.
* Strong background in Beauty, Skincare, or wider FMCG.
* Proven track record in managing high-profile accounts and delivering commercial growth.
* Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
