This stunning hotel based in this lovely semi rural area are recruiting Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team of talented chefs to work within the dedicated pastry kitchen in this high quality modern kitchen.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* -A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
* -Experience working within a dedicated pastry section
* -Experience working within a fresh food led kitchen, be it Gastro, Restaurant or Hotel to a minimum 2 rosette level
* -Experience working in a busy, creative environment
* -Being of the right character to enthuse those around you, no shouty chefs
* -Experience creating exciting modern dishes and menu's, and having a sound understanding of local ingredients and the latest trends
* -Knowledge of the latest H&S regulations and systems.
