Job Description:
A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Role responsibilities
* Organising and maintaining agendas and collecting, organising, and distributing meeting papers. This includes producing minutes and action points.
* All company secretarial work (including services to clients) and other duties including FCA/PRA and other relevant filings.
* Assist with the production and maintenance of a library of appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and monitor adherence to these procedures.
Requirements
* Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
* Experience in company secretarial procedures and statutory requirements, including statutory returns, filings, amendments to articles of association, share capital reorganisations, and share transfers and issues.
* Extensive experience in minute taking and producing minutes in a technically challenging environment.
* Experience reviewing contracts.
