Resource Integration Partner – Power, Transmission & Distribution
Reports To: Framework Director
Job Summary
The Resource Integration Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting the Framework Director and wider team by delivering high-quality operational, compliance, and candidate engagement services. This role ensures seamless onboarding and integration of international and domestic talent into the UK workforce, while maintaining high standards of service delivery, compliance, and internal coordination across transmission and distribution projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Support & Integration
• Conduct Right to Work (RTW) meetings and ensure full compliance with onboarding procedures.
• Support international candidates with relocation and integration into UK working practices.
• Maintain and update central compliance spreadsheets, generating formulas and providing updates to consultants and managers.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained.
Talent Acquisition & Development
• Use social media and digital platforms to attract and engage skilled candidates.
• Engage with our global talent partners.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and manage interview logistics.
• Conduct candidate screening and registration, including compliance checks and reference requests.
• Maintain regular contact with key candidates to support retention and lead generation.
Office & Operational Support
• Manage booking systems and ensure accurate assignment management.
• Provide administrative support to the Framework Director and wider team.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for clients and candidates.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and manage communications effectively.
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to ISO9001:2015 standards and ISS brand guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Promote customer focus and maintain integrity of compliance processes.
Skills & Knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident, positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and compliance frameworks desired but not essential.
