The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become an Early Help Consultant within our newly established Family Help Service. The role is an essential part of ensuring both the service and partnership are supported, to provide support to children and families at the earliest opportunity. You will work directly with partners to support early help practice and approaches across the partnership, deliver workforce training and development across Family Help and the wider partnership, and support quality assurance activity to promote practice improvement across the Early Help system.
About You
You will be focused on relational practice, quickly build relationships and rapport with colleagues and partners, and have experience building effective relationships across diverse partners. You will have a strong understanding and experience of Early Help, safeguarding and multi‑agency working, with confidence to offer consultation, coaching and constructive challenge.
Qualifications
* Lead Professional experience in Early Help, including coordinating plans and managing thresholds.
* Experience delivering training, consultation and support to practitioners, and evidence of how this improved outcomes or practice.
* Experience quality assuring Early Help practice, including audits, identifying areas for improvement and driving better standards.
