You’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems and equipment, helping to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of thousands of customers every day. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues efficiently, prioritising safety, compliance, and quality.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards. Responsibilities
* Confidently interact with external contractors: coordinating repairs seamlessly.
* Work collaboratively with the team: contribute to quality service.
* Sustain high energy levels: juggle tasks while maintaining efficiency.
* Assist the management team: keep stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.
* Minimise customer disruption: coordinate repairs with minimal impact on customers.
What you will need
* Experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment; digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
* Operational Skills: ONC or equivalent; full driving license; Health & Safety awareness; Communication & Collaboration; Office 365 knowledge; completion of relevant technical training modules.
