The Role
As Area Manager/Director, no two days will look the same. You’ll be the driving force behind branch success, creating energy, momentum and results across your region.
You will:
* Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to unlock top performance
* Build engaged, motivated teams through smart recruitment, retention and development
* Oversee regional P&L performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded
* Spot opportunities to grow market share and win new business
* Support branches to overcome challenges and turn potential into performance
* Champion high standards, strong culture and a winning mindset across every office

You’re a natural leader with the credibility and ambition to inspire others. You’ll bring:
* Proven experience leading high-performing teams in estate agency or a similarly target-driven environment
* Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
* The confidence to influence, motivate and lead from the front
* A track record of delivering growth and smashing targets
