Letting Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Letting Specialist to join our team based in North Oxford.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Greet, register and accurately qualify applicants
2. Manage and maintain a database of applicants
3. Prepare property information and photographs ready for marketing
4. Proactively match applicants to available properties
5. Respond to incoming property enquiries
6. Conduct property viewings and actively sell the benefits of the property
7. Negotiate tenancy terms with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail
8. Collate necessary tenant information to include Right to Rent documentation
9. Provide regular feedback and necessary advice to landlords
10. Proactively adjust property listings to minimise void periods
11. Contribute to morning and regular team meetings with the Property Management department
Knowledge, skills, experience:
12. Upbeat, positive mental attitude
13. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with different people
14. High attention to detail
15. Highly organised and proactive
16. Good level of written and spoken English
17. 2 years customer service/sales experience
18. Full clean driving licence
19. Team player
