Senior UX Researcher | Contract | £650–675/day | Hybrid – London & Home
I’m working with a global organisation seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join a highly collaborative product team working on complex, high-impact digital journeys.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a researcher who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working across multiple personas, nuanced user needs and legacy ecosystems, and is confident influencing Product, Technology and senior stakeholders.
The Role
You’ll join an established UX function supporting a complex product area with a large and diverse user base. Working alongside senior researchers, you’ll help shape product direction through robust, insight-led research.
Key focus areas include:
• Leading qualitative and quantitative UX research initiatives
• Researching complex user journeys, workflows and multi-persona experiences
• Conducting continuous user testing within a 2-week sprint environment
• Turning research findings into actionable insights that influence Product, Tech and business decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across Product, Technology and senior business stakeholders
• Building alignment, challenging assumptions where needed, and driving research-led decision making
• Helping tackle complex challenges around usability, friction, ethics and evolving user behaviours
Ideal Background
• Strong experience in UX / User Research within digital product environments
• Deep capability across both qual and quant research methods
• Experience navigating complex journeys, legacy systems and multiple user groups
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior-level engagement
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Background in GDS, publishing, submissions, enterprise SaaS or similarly complex environments highly desirable
