I'm currently supporting a leading global financial services organisation in their search for a Tax Compliance & Reporting Senior Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing tax team with broad exposure across UK and international tax, complex transactions, and senior leadership.
Key Focus Areas:
* Lead UK corporate tax compliance and statutory tax reporting
* Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions under UK GAAP/US GAAP
* Advise senior stakeholders on cash repatriation, debt structuring, refinancing and group transactions
* Support major projects including acquisitions, divestment and international structuring
* Manage CIR, SAO, QIPs and UK Tax Strategy requirements
* Drive tax technology and process optimisation across reporting cycles
* Collaborate with finance and global tax teams on legislative changes and global tax risk

Salary - Between £100k - £110k base + bonus and benefits
