The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
* Experience in project management and preparing annual PPM budgets.
* NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage M&E contracts to ensure superior service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Maintain and monitor technical installations.
* Lead on PPM planning and budgeting.
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
