About Us Msea Care Ltd is a newly established domiciliary care agency based in Byfleet, dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centred care for adults and children. As we prepare to launch and expand our services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our team and help drive the company’s growth. Role Overview The Registered Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the agency, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering the highest quality of care. This role is ideal for a confident leader with a passion for service excellence and a hands-on approach to developing a growing care business. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 10 care staff. Oversee both regulated and unregulated care services for adults and children. Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and company policies. Develop care plans and quality assurance processes. Recruit, train, and support staff to deliver outstanding care. Work closely with directors to support the launch and growth of the agency. Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and accountability across the service. Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role within domiciliary care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
