Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and driver routes. Your key focus will be maintaining and growing long-standing client relationships while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. From processing orders and coordinating deliveries to resolving queries and working closely with drivers, you’ll be an essential link between customers and the wider team. Your role will be based on site in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked within a professional customer service environment previously (phone-based) and will therefore have excellentmunication and relationship-building skills. You will have strong attention to detail and organisational abilities as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and account retention.
