Our Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing Service ‘START’ provides essential support to individuals in Slough, East Berkshire. You will work in a dynamic environment under the guidance of our Clinical Lead and Operations Manager, focusing on improving the wellbeing of a diverse range of individuals.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Specialist Substance Use Nurse, you will:
* Support opiate substitute treatment and alcohol/opiate detoxifications.
* Promote the uptake of naloxone.
* Assist the team with Blood Borne Virus screening and vaccinations.
* Collaborate closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services.
* Foster a collaborative approach that connects Turning Point with external professionals and agencies.
