Part-time Risk & Compliance Lawyer Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the firm
2. Work closely with the firm’s Knowledge, Management and Operations teams to review, design and maintain appropriate company precedents, practice notes, policies, and procedures
3. Provide timely advice on a variety of legal and compliance topics that relate to the firm and its business services
4. Communicate with third-party bodies such as external counsel and the firm’s insurers, including coordinating the annual PII and bulk practising certificate renewal applications
