Role: IT Project Manager
Location: Hybrid- From Nearest UK Restore Site
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee major IT projects.
* Work with other project managers and technical leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Create and maintain detailed project documentation such as plans and progress reports.
* Develop and understand project solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and company expectations.
* Build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Monitor project finances, identify potential issues, and manage risks.
* Lead project meetings and ensure all project aspects are on track.
* Promote best practices and support continuous improvement within the team.
Essential
* Experience in delivering technical projects and managing the software development lifecycle.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
* Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheets.
* Familiarity with PRINCE 2 and Agile methodologies.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well in a team and support junior staff.
Preferred
* Relevant professional qualifications.
* Knowledge of DevOps, cloud technologies, and software delivery methods.
* Experience with OCR, ICR, scanning software, and mailroom digitisation
