SEN Teaching Assistant (Team Teach):
Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting teaching assistants/learning support assistants with team teach training to join a school in Stalybridge.
The Role:
1. Supporting pupils 1-1 and in small groups
2. Working closely with the teacher and other staff members to monitor progress
3. Providing personal care
Position Details:
4. Location: Stalybridge area
5. Position: SEN TA (Team Teach trained)
6. Type of Work: Temporary
7. Full time/Part time: Full time only
8. Minimum Rate of Pay: £105 per day, depending on experience
9. Start date: ASAP
10. End date: Ongoing, Temp roles
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
11. Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
12. Team Teach training is essential for this position
13. Experience within the care or education sector is highly desired
ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
14. Hold Right to Work in the UK
15. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
16. Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
