Salary: Competitive What you'll be doing: Mobilise and manage a team of specialist fire safety and explosion safety engineers in support of the development of DSEAR risk assessments and nuclear fire safety case risk assessments across the Barrow site Provide leadership and oversight relating to the analysis process and techniques/ templates of technical reports and relevant documentation Provide leadership and governance oversight of analysis activities Develop the structure of formal reporting of the analysis work streams Act as a point of contact for key engineering stakeholders across the site Provide leadership and oversight relating to work and proposals for external packages of work and the review of documentation Chair relevant workshops and working groups Production of relevant safety plans and schedules for projects Your skills and experiences: Essential: CEng level or equivalent level of capability DSEAR and Explosion safety assessments Delivery Planning & Line Management experience Desirable: Fire risk assessment/ safety case production and updates Policy and process documentation Site Fire Safety case experience Experience of COMAH assessments Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
