Field Marketing Manager, UKI
Location: London, UK.
The opportunity:
Are you an experienced marketer who thrives on high growth and high impact? We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own our regional go-to-market strategy across the UK, with a primary focus on the Public Sector.
As a strategic architect of demand, you will work closely with Field Sales, Inside Sales, and the wider marketing team, accelerating pipeline growth and driving sustained revenue success across the region.
What you’ll do:
* Strategy & execution: Partner with UKI Sales leadership and teams to build and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan that doesn't just meet targets, it exceeds them.
* Get to know your audience: Research and build compelling Public Sector programs, from high-level executive roundtables and major conferences to account programs and creative direct mailers.
* Collaborate: Be the advocate for the UKI market. Work with our global Digital, Web, and Comms teams to scale your local successes and share best practices across the organization.
* Focused on results: Educate and energize our Sales and SDR teams on upcoming activities to ensure every lead is maximized, and your efforts are showing a strong ROI.
* Master the metrics: Take full ownership of your budget, and program metrics. Use Salesforce and Tableau to track lead flow, refine your tactics, and optimize for greater impact.
About you:
You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’re collaborative by nature, data-driven by habit, and you bring a positive, "can-do" energy to our team.
* Experienced: +7 years in field marketing within high-growth tech (including 3–5 years specifically marketing to the Public Sector).
* A natural leader: You have a history of career growth and the personal drive to take strategic ownership of a region, and results.
* Strong communicator: You can build buy-in with sales teams, laying a strong foundation for future joint success.
* Accountable: You have a strong sense of ownership and a track record of executing creative, high-impact programs that deliver measurable results.
* Adaptable & resilient: You bring a calm, solution-focused mindset to high-pressure situations. Even as priorities shift, you stay positive, with a steady, motivating presence for your team.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus; willingness to travel up to 25% (mainly within the UK) is required.
