We work with Finance Directors, Procurement teams and business leaders across the UK, partnering with them to navigate a complex and changing energy landscape. We're known for doing things a little differently, with expertise, integrity and heart, and for building long-term relationships, not transactional sales.
We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager to push our business to the next level. We are looking for a passionate, motivated person who will work closely with the Board and teams across the business to reach our full potential with our external visibility and messaging.
This is a full-time role, but 4 days a week (30 hours PT) will also be considered.
What You'll Do
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of Indigo Swan's marketing activities. This will include setting direction, maintaining consistency, and ensuring high-quality execution across all channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can create and manage, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery. The role requires someone who is comfortable shaping plans, leading campaigns, and personally contributing to marketing output to ensure Indigo Swan remains visible, relevant and recognisable week in, week out.
You are expected to be trusted and respected by colleagues, prospects, clients and suppliers. You will be comfortable setting your own work plans and meeting deadlines agreed with high-quality work.
Your main responsibilities will include:

* Create and manage marketing content across social media, email marketing and website content
* Personally produce written content and simple visual assets

We are not expecting you to come from an energy background but if you understand the industry, especially B2B sales, this will be an advantage. We will expect you to get to grips with energy sector knowledge quickly and demonstrate a clear understanding of basic industry terms and functions, and recognise any knowledge gaps you have and seek to fill them.
You are expected to have a desire to keep learning and building up your expertise. For anything you don't know, you'll be expected to know who to ask to help you learn more about complex industry issues.
You will have a professional and friendly nature, and the ability (in time) to nurture growth and improvement in others.
