Fashion Wholesale Representative Global Retail brandup to £40,000 + car + 25% bonusLondon/Hybrid The Company: We are exclusively working with a global lifestyle brand, this role will be working for their accessory category, which encompasses three brands. In this role you will report directly to the Senior Wholesale Manager to manage a particular category of customers, looking at ways to develop the accounts and build a strong relationship with the accounts. The ideal candidate will have worked in Wholesale for the last couple of years and will posses strong negotiation and strategic relationships. The Role:This role will see you successfully develop strategic marketplace partnerships leading on T&Cs and account negotiations. Key tasks will include:· Nurture, expand key relationships and be accountable for your portfolio and associated revenue numbers. · Organize and conduct line presentations. · Attend sales meetings and launch meetings. · Lead the development and implementation of account specific strategies from seasonal strategy plans to strategic plans. · Proactively grow your portfolio through identifying and pursuing cross-sell & up-sell opportunities. · Monitor and track market dynamics, weekly, monthly and seasonally. · Conduct sales analysis and monitor key KPIs (Stock, sales, stock turn and reductions). · Identify market trends and suggest potential opportunities for improvement. Your Profile:The successful profile will naturally have a proven aptitude for relationship management within strategic accounts and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:· A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.· Strong negotiation skills. · Ability to communicate and influence. · Analytical mindset with a commercial acumen.
