As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks and ensuring that accurate records are kept. You will be working within 3 finance departments-Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Customer Services.
Duties will involve:
Chasing debts by both phone and email as assigned by the credit control department
Sending statements to customers twice monthly and dealing with customer responses
Assisting with the purchase invoicing
Setting up new suppliers
Assisting the customer services department with admin tasks.
