Inspire is seeking an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist to help shape a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace where people thrive and services excel. ?? Why This Role Matters As an OD Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing, coordinating and delivering initiatives that bring Inspire's mission, values and strategy to life. From culture and engagement to leadership development, organisational insights and change projects, this role sits at the centre of building a workplace where people feel valued, supported and inspired. ?? Key Responsibilities Shape Organisational Culture Support the development and delivery of the Inspiring Leaders programmes. Contribute to the Great Place to Work strategy and initiatives. Lead and support employee engagement activities including surveys, focus groups, action planning and wellbeing initiatives. Support Inclusion strategy work and group-wide cultural events. Drive Organisational Insights & Improvement Analyse employee survey results and provide insights across the organisation. Coordinate OD projects aligned to the OD & L&D Operational Plan. Support innovation and recognition initiatives, including Inspire's "Freedom to Try" programme. Enhance Communication & Collaboration Co-ordinate internal communications via intranet, Team Inspire email and staff publications. Partner with the Insight, Engagement & Innovation team to align internal and external communications. Maintain a presence across Inspire locations to champion engagement and wellbeing. Develop Systems & Processes Support development of OD systems (e.g., Cascade). Provide technical insight on AI and digital tools for improved OD outcomes. Support budget development and demonstrate value for money. Team Coaching & Succession Planning Support the delivery of team coaching interventions to enhance performance and culture. Assist in developing and rolling out a formal succession planning approach. ?? What We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience Third-level qualification in HR or a business-related discipline and 1 year of experience in OD, L&D or HR OR 2 years' experience in OD, L&D or HR. Knowledge & Skills Strong IT capability including AI, SharePoint, MS Forms, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience designing and delivering cultural or organisational programmes. Experience analysing organisational challenges and creating innovative solutions. Ability to facilitate workshops and lead change initiatives. Proven credibility with stakeholders and strong workload management skills. Circumstances Full driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required). Flexibility to travel across Ireland. ??
