About the Role As a key member of the in-house legal function, you will: Manage and resolve commercial & property disputes across the business. Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders. Lead on high-value and complex cases, collaborating with external counsel when needed. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and settlement agreements. Support proactive risk management and dispute prevention initiatives. About You The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution. Have trained or worked at a leading law firm or busy in-house legal department. Be capable of working autonomously and handling a varied caseload confidently. Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrate a commercial outlook and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
