Job Title: Cyber Security Pre-Sales Consultant
Role Overview
The Cyber Security Pre-Sales Consultant will act as a technical lead on Cyber Security opportunities within our client's organisation. The role supports revenue growth and provides expert advice on cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs. The individual reports to the Director of Pre-Sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Cyber Security Sales Lead with key opportunities.
2. Serve as the Technical Authority for responses to opportunities at both client and tender levels.
3. Deliver Technical Account Management, ensuring smooth implementation of Cyber Security services and customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure all sales activities and solutions comply with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
5. Build strong customer relationships to understand their environments and challenges, offering expert guidance to mitigate risks.
6. Translate customer needs into high-quality, financially sound solutions, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
7. Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends and identify areas for innovation.
8. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of consulting engagements.
9. Implement proof-of-concept installations and conduct technical presentations and workshops.
10. Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as the primary technical contact.
11. Contribute to internal processes, quality assurance, and thought leadership.
12. Support the company’s sustainability strategy.
13. Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Strong understanding of Security technologies and Cloud Architecture (Microsoft and AWS).
2. Vendor experience/accreditations with Microsoft, IBM, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Crowdstrike, and Cisco.
3. Pre-sales experience in the cybersecurity market.
4. Experience in developing new routes to market.
