We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Technical Quality Inspector who has excellent attention to detail to join a well-established team of professionals within a Manufacturing environment. You will be required to inspect precision parts and assembled components to ensure a high standard of compliance which is regulated to standards such as AS9100. Key Responsibilities: * Verify conformance of parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation. * Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and final assemblies in accordance with quality plans. * Record inspection results accurately using company quality systems and documentation protocols. * Support first-article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 standards. * Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and liaise with production and engineering teams for resolution. * Assist in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence of defects. * Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment in line with quality system requirements. * Ensure all work complies with AS9100 and customer-specific aerospace quality requirements. * Conduct detailed dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace components using manual and digital inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, height gauges, CMMs, etc.).
