Artwork Administrator

1st Choice Bedford is delighted to be recruiting for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Artwork Administrator on behalf of a renowned manufacturing company at their Bedford site. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring packaging artwork is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover absence, offering the chance to work within a reputable industry leading company where your expertise will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Artwork Management: Coordinate and oversee artwork changes for packaging (primary, secondary, tertiary), liaising with design agencies, printers, and suppliers.
Proofreading & Compliance: Check amended artwork meticulously for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
System & Records: Raise and manage part codes, maintain accurate specifications, revisions, and approval records.
Project Coordination: Track project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and keep stakeholders updated.
Requirements:
Previous experience in artwork administration (ideally within pharmaceuticals or manufacturing).
Exceptional proofreading ability with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator, confident working with both internal teams and external partners.
Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
Experience with Adobe Acrobat for artwork revisions/approvals.
