What You’ll Do:
As a Stock Controller, you will:
* Organise stock on shelves and maintain a clean and neat stockroom.
* Transfer or remove, if necessary, boxes from stockroom to stockroom.
* Receive deliveries and check that the stock delivered matches supporting documentation.
* Report discrepancies to Store Manager.
* Maintain effective stockroom controls to ensure continued stock supply. Ensure stock record accuracy.
* Manage in and out stock transfers.
* Support with the weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers and negative reports.
* Performing cycle counts.
* Required to take part in stock takes.
* Required to take part in-store events.
We’d Love to See:
You will have demonstrable experience as a stock controller and you will be able to handle many demands and competing priorities. You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
