Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 3 Production Worker to join our manufacturing team at our Birmingham, UK site. As a Manufacturing Production team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and high-quality production of our materials, contributing to our mission of excellence and innovation.
What will you be doing?
A level 3 operator is our highest level on the production plant and will be able to complete all tasks within production once training has been completed. These tasks will include:
1. High reach and counterbalance forklift certification
2. Packing operations
3. Chemical Awareness
4. Health & safety awareness
5. Computer work to include printing off & booking in of works orders
6. Use of barcoding systems for material traceability
7. Manufacturing of liquid and powder mixes and submitting samples to quality control
8. Picking and putting away of materials in the racking
Training will be given to build the candidate up to level 3.

5. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.
6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changes in production schedules, processes, or priorities as needed.
7. Time Management: Must be punctual and have effective organizational skills to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.
8. Customer Focus: Understanding the importance of meeting customer requirements and delivering high-quality products that align with customer expectations.
What competencies will you need?
1. A good standard of general education
2. Computer literacy – Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP are desirable but not essential
3. Problem solving expertise in a variety of situations
4. Being an effective team player and self-starter who can support and deputise for the production manager where necessary.
5. Willing to undertake additional training.
